Work For a Living
Joseph Dladla and Phiwayinkosi Ngcobo at the W4AL Training in Port Elizabeth.
The W4AL program is a self- funding franchise program started in September 2019. Training consists of a thirteen (13) day Job Readiness Training which exposes the youth to concepts of a healthy worldview, a good work ethic, professionalism, financial literacy, and running a business for a living. In essence, the W4AL Job Readiness equips young people with the attitudes and skills which will make them attractive employees; while it also gives a good foundation to those who would like to go to business. The W4AL motto states: “you either find a job or create your own business!” This program also provides phase 2 trainings including: Cashier, Office Administration, and Merchandising. W4AL stresses that anything you do must be done with excellence!
